From there: a demo, then we import their history and run in parallel with whatever they have until they sign off. Live in about a week. The same T:0 CPA is in their Slack every month and certifies the close. Nothing comes back to your team.

No. If you introduce a company before we've spoken, you still get credit. We'll set up the call afterward.
90 days. If the company becomes a paying customer within 90 days of your intro, you're paid.
Nothing changes. The fee is paid on first payment and it's yours.
The company hasn't had a demo with us and isn't in an active sales conversation with us. If they've only heard of us, or signed up for a newsletter, they're new.
The first intro wins.
Through PartnerStack. After your first referral becomes a paying customer, you'll get an invite to add your firm's payout details. You do this once; every payout after that is automatic.
T:0 will communicate with you twice. Once when we reply to your intro email, and once when we email you if a company signed-up.
